Pushing Your Partner

You should push your workout partner to his/her limits and expect the same from them. You should workout as hard as possible and your partner/trainer should help you enough to pump out many reps. All you need to do is encourage your partner to not take long breaks between and to stretch between every set. Trustworthy is the key of being a good training partner. If you tell someone that you will meet him or her at the Gym at 12:00, you’d better be there. Do not stand anyone up because they might repay you some day.
